Vollsynthetik-Motorenöl für 309?

Hallo, ein Ölwechsel steht an. Bei ebay bekommt man recht günstig Vollsynthetik-Motorenöl. Lohnt sich das? Und welches sollte ich nehmen für meinen 309 mit 60PS? Ölschlammspülung soll bei wechsel zu Vollsynthetik-Motorenöl empfehlenswert sein. Was sagt ihr dazu?

kommt immer drauf an wieviel km du schon drauf hast
Ich hab 1x Vollsynth in mein rallye gefüllt 5000km später war ein Ölkanal zu der motor hatte erst 140tkm
seitdem hab ich maximal teilsynth gefahren 10w 40
wobei wenn ichn neuen Motor hätte fürn 205 wo ölpumpe etc. alles neu ist würde ich auch vollsynth probieren
