servuz,
das ist die liste die die holländer erstellt haben. mit n bissi englisch gehts. brauchst aber net alle teile, kommt drauf an was du mit dem bremszylinder machst ( gti oder s16)
ich hab den vom gti behalten. funktioniert und geht schneller...

Discs 306 GTI 283 mm Which brand and type (standard, drilled, grooved or both) you use is up to you
Calipers 306 GTI 283 mm Watch out: there is a big difference between the 306GTi and the 306S16.XSi calipers. Those on the S16/XSI are 266mm instead of 283mm. There is also a difference between left and right caliper.
Mountingplates 306 GTI 283 mm These are the mounting plates for the caliper on the hub. Unfortunately only available from Peugeot. Partnumber 4404 39. You need two of them (L+R).
Braking pads Which brand to choose it up to you, but remember that the S16/XSi pads are not the same as the GTi-6 pads. The are a bit smaller, so you would lose the effect of the bigger discs. I use the original Peugeot ones. The partnumber is 4251 43
Masterbrakecylinder Not really nessecary, but if you want to do a perfect conversion and not increase pedal travel then you will have to use the bigger masterbrakecylinder of the 306GTi. This one has a bigger diameter of 23.8mm whereas the 205 has 20mm. The diameter of the vacuum powerassist is the same size for the 306GTi and the 205GTi, so that one can stay. Note that the masterbrakecylinder of the 306 has only two fluidline connections and that the 205 has 4 of them (the non-ABS edition, ABS equiped 205's have 2 connections as well). You will need to split the lines. Partnumber of the cylinder at Peugeot is 4601 G2.
Brakefluid expansioncontainer The old one fromt the 205 cylinder doesn't fit the new brake cylinder, so you will to use the one from the 306GTi as well. And a new braking system deserves a new one. Partnumber 4635 65.
Cap + filter The cap and the filter for the new container need to be ordered separately. Partnumber cap is 464334 and the filter is 4644 13
Splitters brakinglines When you have no ABS (like me), then you will have to split the lines. You need special splitters for that. The brakes of a 205 are connected crosslinked so with new setup you will have to retain that. Put the right front wheel and the rear left wheel on the same splitter and the left front wheel and the right rear wheel on one splitter. For sure you will need to put some new brake lines in. The partnumber of the splitter is 481126. You need two of them
Brakinglines Not nesecary to replace them, but it depende on which 205 you've got (with or without ABS, maybe a CTi or a 1.6 GTi). These will have different or no connection for some lines.
Steel braided hoses Not nesecary, completely up to you. Standard hoses can be used withouth problems. I used Sparco braided hoses.
Brakefluid Choose your own. I chose DOT 5.1

Bremsbeläge (ab 04/97) : 425143 bei mir ca 50 EURO
Bremsscheiben :4246V3 bei mir ca 80EURO
Bremssattel :4401A4 links
:4401A5 rechts je 110EURO
Sattelhalter habe ich net im Angebot, Andere haben teils bessere Preise! Vergleich lohnt denk ich, mehr kann ich net machen, weitere Infos zu dem Umbau hat ja sicher auch der boeseMI16!!!
